Safi-Fard Industrial Equipment
Advanced Machinery, Superior Quality
Bag filter Industry Equipment and Labs
A key factor in manufacturing high-quality bag filters is the production process itself. What sets SafiFard’s products apart is the integration of cutting-edge technology and an uncompromising commitment to precision across every stage of the production line.
SafiFard’s factory currently operates at an annual capacity of 700,000 non-woven filter bags and 300,000 fiberglass filter bags—more than sufficient to meet the entire country’s demand without interruption.
Cutting Machine
Main rolls are cut and converted into narrower rolls (per order specifications) using fully-automatic cutting machines with ±1 mm cutting precision.
Tubing Line
Dancer tension control systems positioned at both the entry and exit ends of the tubing line ensure consistent fabric tension throughout the entire process.
The fabric is passed through multiple forming templates of varying sizes to achieve the target diameter with ±0.5 mm precision

Labs and Quality Control Unit
The quality control unit and laboratory of SafiFard rank among the best‑equipped specialized labs in the filtration industry. Staffed by skilled, experienced experts, our lab focuses on three core areas: inspection of incoming raw materials, in‑process production controls, and final product testing.
Permeability Measurement
In this test, the permeability of incoming filter fabrics is measured at a pressure of 200 Pa, expressed in Lit/dm².Min, and compared against the relevant technical data.
Thermal Resistance Testing
In this test, the temperature resistance (continuous and peak) of raw materials—such as filter fabric and various threads—is measured using specialized industrial ovens.
Tensile Strength and Elongation Measurement
In this test, the tensile strength and elongation of the filter fabric, as well as the strength of the longitudinal seam attachment, are measured.
Final Inspection & Packaging
Final tests including dimensional and visual inspection, marking verification, and packaging quality control.
